MATCHLESS COFFEE SODA

INVENTOR/PARTNER | APRIL 2014 – PRESENT  

Invented a new kind of award winning coffee beverage, coffee soda, served on tap at Steadfast and local Nashville businesses such as Biscuit Love, Frothy Monkey, Hey Rooster and Avo • Invented new large scale brewing system with an emphasis on quality and consistency • Built a beverage and canning operation in partnership with Ben Bredesen of Fat Bottom Brewery, Sean Stewart and Jamie Cunningham.

 

BEVE, LLC

FOUNDING PARTNER | JUNE 2009 – PRESENT  

Designed and built mobile coffee catering operation serving clients such as weddings, festivals, the cast and crew on the set of Nashville, Ted X and Porter Flea • Executed training for multiple clients including restaurants, cafes, home enthusiasts and baristas 

PINEWOOD SOCIAL

Worked with owners Ben and Max Goldberg to design the Crema at Pinewood coffee bar, leading creative direction, buildout, equipment buying, staff training and menu creation • Performed equipment maintenance • Managed staff and inventory • Created and ran training program for all Pinewood restaurant staff • Acted as barista and bartender • Collaborated with Matt Tocco and bar staff on cocktails and coffee cocktails • Developed method for making and kegging coffee soda and integrating into existing bar draft system

Creator of the CREMA {Slow Bar}, a curated prix fixe coffee experience that explored coffees through unique brewing methods and food pairings aimed at educating and exciting guests by intensifying delicate nuances of flavor through an interactive unique gourmet experience.
